Wizard Financial’s IWO Structure [Tier wise]

If you are already one of us & by us we certainly mean WIZARD, you are already familiar with the term IWO! But for our new friends out there aspiring to become a Wizard we would explain it again. An IWO is Initial WIZARD Offering yeah instead of IDO its a Wizard way of saying and doing things differently with a touch of magic!

[ Tier 1 ] Wizard Tier: FCFS

“Wizard Tier” is our highest tier of allocation for IWO at the Wizard Launchpad. This tier will be responsible for more than 50-55% of the total raise which will be providing allocations to the Wizard Holders on FCFS basis. Once the Wizard Pools go live on reset of the timer each of our holders with a minimum of 5000 $WIZARD become eligible to make Contribution for the respective projects. Since it is FCFS the pool gets filled as soon as 50% of total raise is made, which means once pool is full you are no more eligible to make contributions.
Investors holding less than 5000 tokens ($WIZARD) won’t be considered as a part of this tier. Once you are done with your Purchase/Contribution, the token distribution will be done post listing.

[ Tier 2 ] KNIGHT Tier: FCFS

All the Wizard Holders having atleast 3000 $WIZARD are eligible for Knight Tier. Knight Tier will be having 30-35% or more of total raise which will be eventually providing allocation to the holders on FCFS basis. Investors holding 3000 or more $WIZARD will be eligible make contribution in this pool, since it is FCFS the pool gets filled as soon as 30-35% of total raise is made, which means once pool is full you are no more eligible to make contributions.
Once Knight Pool gets live on reset of the timer each of our 3000 Wizard Holders can make contribution for their respective projects on FCFS basis.

[ Tier 3 ] Barbarian Tier: FCFS

This tier provides the smallest allocations during an IWO for our $WIZARD holders. One needs to hold a minimum of 200 $WIZARD to be eligible to make contribution in the Barbarian Tier. Depending upon your activities & support in Telegram, Twitter & other social media platforms few whitelisted candidates will be selected for contribution.

Incase we have allocations left out after whitelist round is full, anyone holding more than 200 $WIZARD would get a chance to contribute for the Barbarian Tier. The seats for Barbarian Tier are limited.
